We are pleased to announce the completion and successful sale of the new 6-unit development at 25 Haydock Street, Forrestdale, facilitated by Adam Yeo. Four of the six office/warehouse units, ranging from 152m² to 362m², have been sold, with the remaining two units retained by the developer and leased through Tilt Commercial. Most units were sold off the plan, with one leased and subsequently sold as a leased investment.
