The 7-year lease with United Fasteners, covers a brand new 3,280m² industrial facility on 8,530m² of land, featuring a high-grade warehouse with 10.5m roof height, full sprinkler system, automated LED lighting, ducted A/C, a staff room with an external break-out area, and full end-of-trip facilities.
